CaseDiagnosis (CaseDx) is a family owned, clinician-led medical evaluations and treatment firm. The practice was founded by Lisa Rengifo, APRN, FNP-C, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years extensive clinical experience evaluating, diagnosing, and treating complex injury presentations.Lisa's clinical background spans primary care, chronic pain management, and complex case evaluation, allowing CaseDx to deliver thorough medically sound assessments and treatments with clear defensible documentation.

How To Get Started
Submit an initial inquiry to our operations team by clicking the link below to review case details, engagement terms, and billing. After acceptance, cases are routed to our clinical team for scheduling. Upon receipt of a completed intake form, visits are typically scheduled within 24hrs, and reports with clinical findings and recommendations within one business day of the visit.
